Look at that shiny new laptop, how it gleams, how it shines! You open it up with trepidation knowing that somehow, some way, some time, something won't work. It may be a virus, malware, spyware, hardware that will cause you fancy gadget to malfunction. That is where Rich to the Rescue comes in! I have been working with computers most of my adult life, from building my own desktop systems, becoming an A+ Technician, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and most recently a Microsoft Certified Trainer. I teach computer and then go home and do other computer stuff. I am a geek, for lack of a better term.
Over the course of the next few days, weeks, etc. I will be posting some tips and trick from networking to Operating Systems to anything going on in the tech universe. Feel free to comment and also ask questions. I didn't get where I am overnight. I learned by doing many things and gaining knowledge along the way. I am far from the perfect tech, but I have a few clients who continue coming back to me and recommending me to their friends and family.
